The 3 bed roomed villa sleeps up to 8 people has 2 bathrooms, garage, a private screened pool, which offers magnificent views of the Southern Dunes Golf Course. So after a hard days round of Golf, you can sit and admire the course which you just played. Fully air-conditioned, the villa offers all modern comforts one could expect in a home from home.
 
The main sitting room is large and airy with high ceiling and comprises of luxurious sofa/sleeper, sofa set, Play station (CD/DVD compatible; Games not provided). A fully equipped kitchen with utensils ranging from ice cream spoon to that ever-forgetting corkscrew is available for your use and comfort. A cot AND high chair is also available for your use at no extra charge.
 
The master bedroom has en-suite bathroom, comprises of a Queen size bed, wardrobe, dresser, mirror and nightstand. A TV with DVD player is available for you to enjoy a film in your own privacy once kids are tucked up in bed.
The twin bedroom has a king size bed, Dresser, wardrobe, and nightstand.
Third bedroom has two single beds, Dresser, wardrobe, and nightstand.
All bed sheets, quilts, towels, pillows, blankets are provided at no extra cost. All we expect from you is to bring your own toothbrush, and of course your own clothing.
There is also a washer and dryer if you decide to do your own washing
 
The local community comprises of ever-friendly local residents, and holidaymakers, from all over. Access to the Southern Dunes community is gated, and guarded. Inside the community there is a 24-hour Walmart, and gas (petrol) station. Good range of shops and restaurants are close by, to cater for all of your needs.
 
Ideally placed, Disney attractions are only 40 min. drive away. Other close by attractions; Universal studios, Seaworld, Splendid China, Orchard gardens, Cypress Gardens are only 30-40 min drive away. Orlando airport is only 30 min drive. If you are into shopping the Florida Mall is only 30 min drive from the Villa.
The Villa is professionally managed and maintained. Flgolfvacation.com and the managing agency operates a strict no smoking policy inside the Villa. Pets are not allowed either.
